Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PandaDash, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Intended Use

PandaDash is intended for AAC (assistive and alternative communication) use — to provide a simplified, distraction-free interface for individuals who benefit from restricted, caregiver-controlled access to specific web content. Any use of PandaDash outside of this intended purpose is done at your own discretion and risk.

Not Affiliated With Third Parties

PandaDash is an independent app developed by SamBohon.Digital (“SBD,” “we,” or “us”). PandaDash is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with YouTube, Google, Google LLC, or any other website or service that may be loaded through the App. All trademarks, service marks, and content belonging to those parties remain their own property. We make no claim to them.

Caregiver Responsibility

PandaDash gives caregivers tools to configure which web content is accessible through the App. We are not responsible for:

• The content, behavior, advertisements, or availability of any third-party website loaded through PandaDash.
• Any content a caregiver chooses to make accessible via the App's button configuration.
• Changes made by third-party services (such as YouTube) to their own layout, features, or content policies, which may affect how those services appear or behave inside PandaDash.

Caregivers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content made accessible to the person using the device, and for configuring appropriate third-party safeguards (such as Restricted Mode or parental control tools) as needed.

Free and Pro Features

PandaDash is free to download and includes a YouTube button plus three configurable YouTube-only buttons. An optional one-time in-app purchase (“Pro”) unlocks eight fully configurable buttons that can link to any website. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not expire.

Purchases and Refunds

All purchases made within PandaDash are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's standard refund policy, not a policy set by SBD. We do not process payments or refunds directly.

No Warranty

PandaDash is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to ensure the App functions correctly, but we do not guarantee that the App, or any third-party content it loads, will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of content you may find objectionable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SamBohon.Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PandaDash, including but not limited to damages resulting from third-party content accessed through the App.

Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update PandaDash, add or remove features, or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
